  7. ACE*Insight is a comprehensive SQL code management tool for ORACLE programmers
  8. and developers, and DBAs.  It provides index and object management
  9. capabilities, change management and impact analysis features,
  10. cross-referencing features, and extensive application documentation features
  11. that help manage the upgrade to Oracle 7.  For example, ACE*Insight shows the
  12. data access changes that occur during the migration from a rules-based
  13. optimizer to a cost-based optimizer.  You can use that information to verify
  14. and validate that all updates between the database and the application to
  15. production systems have not modified other areas in an application.

  18. systems without exhaustive testing.  For example, if you add an index or
